AT THE CORNER OF... is a series of site specific video-based interviews and reflections with Black and Brown community members. The docuseries aims to share creatively and/or speak truth about their lives and the realities of those around them.

At the Corner Of is an experimental documentary series based interviews and reflections with Black and Brown community members. It meets artists and activist where they are in their daily lives –––at the intersections of work and community–––in healing, in creative and resistance practice, in collective efforts. It offers a platform to amplify their work in a critical time when so many have been marginalized and gives them an space to express what they are holding in this moment.
BIO
Sha Cage has been an activist of 22 years with Tru Ruts, community steward of the MN Artist Coalition; and Founder and Director of Catalyst Arts. Artistically she is a performer, writer and creator of new work. Her performance and work has taken her across the U.S, to South Africa, England, France, the Netherlands, Croatia, Mali, and Canada. She is a co-founder of Mama Mosaic Theater (for Women), a recipient of a Regional Emmy and an Ivey Award, a McKnight Fellowship and a distinguished Fox/TCG Fellowship. She’s been named one of the leading artists of her generation by Insight, a Changemaker by Women's Press, and best solo performer by City Pages for her role as the pilot in Frank Theater's Grounded ('15 Ivey). Star Tribune called her a 2014 Mover and Maker and Mpls St. Paul magazine named her and artistic partner EG Bailey ‘2015 Power Couple of the Year’. Her solo show titled U/G/L/Y was presented by the Guthrie in September and tours in the U.S. and UK through 2016. Sha is an advocate for sex trafficking victims and the proud mother of two. | New projects include her documentary series At the Corner of, ButtaFly precinct, Black Star web series and The Underbelly.
